Tom Dixon started to really make a name for himself in the mid 1980s as “the talented untrained designer with a line in welded salvage furniture". one of his very first ventures was setting up ‘Space’ as a creative think-tank and shop front for himself and other young designers in the UK. The lighting designers over at Dlight Concepts Limited create exterior and interior environments that enhance the human experience.
Lighting systems are an important part of a building’s design. They need to be aesthetically appealing while also providing appropriate environments for people of all ages to relax and work in.

The lighting in a commercial building can typically account for up to 40 percent of their energy consumption. Dlight lighting design strives to deliver the right amount of light using the least amount of energy. They create sustainable, elegant lighting solutions that protect the environment and their clients’ budgets.
